This month, make your own hand-bound book at the library!
Join us for an exciting afternoon as we master the basics of bookbinding to create beautiful notebooks and sketchbooks with a professional finish! Learn how to handle adhesives and bookbinding materials as we take you through three different techniques, namely the saddle stitch, Japanese 4-Hole binding and the Coptic stitch.
Each participant will receive a free kit – so come and try your hand at the craft of bookbinding while making a simple binding to take home from our hands-on workshop.
All materials and tools will be provided and no previous experience is required.
