Chef for the Weekend is the brainchild of the talented Zahraa, who has melted the hearts of many with her scrumptious feasts. Upon popular request The Chef has started conducting cooking classes and catering for small events including decor. Chef for the weekend surely knows how to deliver gourmet food on to your plate effortlessly.They have the innate talent of transforming ingredients into culinary masterpieces that will leave you in an awe.
A note from the Chef,
“I don’t like food, rather I Love it.” I got “Goosebumps” when Anton Ego eagerly exclaims this in an animated movie “Ratatouille” in 2007. Thanks to him, that moment of recognition was enough for me to comprehend the fact ‘that liking food was not what I felt for it; rather Loving it was more of my scrutiny.
I believe a vital element of making good food involves not only its taste but also its presentation and that is what differentiates it from a “Good chef, to a Great chef”. I am known to organize small gatherings for friends and family, and the pleasure that I derive from cooking for others is mammoth. I add my secret ingredient to it, a teaspoon of Love that helps me enormously in enjoying my cooking rather than a burden.
